This weekend, Carson and Andrew began working on a Pinewood Derby car. Carson spent some time on the computer looking for a design. After he picked it out, it was time to cut and sand the car.

| Sanding took a LONG time! Luckily the weather was nice, so he could sit outside and swap turns with Andrew and I. |

| Apparently the wheels work better if you sand down the nails for the axils so they are smooth. |
Once the sanding is complete, it's on to paint, detailing and adding weights. Who knew these cars were so much work!? We at least have until May to finish it.
