Today we went to pick up Carson's first pair of glasses. Poor kid is farsighted, has a slight astigmatism and something called Amblyopia, which is a problem in the way the brain interprets visual images from both his eyes. Luckily we caught it early enough and it can be fixed. If he is good to wear his glasses, he can retrain his brain and his vision will most likely improve. But until then, he gets to wear glasses. I think he looks like a little Clark Kent.
And Clark Kent turned out pretty well!
