Pre-Christmas at home

Some of you might say I'm late with these posts, but according to Carson, it's been Christmas Day everyday since December 3rd. With that, I present our pre-Christmas post.

Since we knew we were going up to my parents house for Christmas, we decided to open our presents at home before we left. The kids made out like bandits. Our "Phoenix Family" spoiled them good. The only thing Carson didn't get from his Christmas list was an alligator.

Andrew's mom sent us some Nativity costumes for the kids, so we tried a little nativity play with just the 4 of us. It went surprisingly well. It was extremely short, but we managed to get through it. Andrew even dressed up as our shepherd.

It was nice to have an intimate Christmas celebration with our little family.

We did the same thing before we went out of town before Christmas. Luke thinks Christmas is 3 days long.
